**Job Title**: Bookkeeper

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record-Keeping**:

- Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the accounting system.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and track outstanding bills.
- Issue and track invoices to clients, monitor collections, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- **Payroll Processing**:

- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, including tracking hours, calculating taxes, and managing deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries regarding payments.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, for review by management.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits, budgeting, and tax filings.
- **Expense Tracking and Budgeting**:

- Monitor and categorize expenses, helping with budget analysis and financial forecasting.
- Maintain organized records of all receipts, bills, and financial transactions.
- **Compliance and Record Maintenance**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Maintain organized and secure physical and digital records for audits and reviews.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- **Skills**:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
