We are looking for an Associate Infrastructure Engineers to join our growing team in our Bangalore Office The role of the Associate Infrastructure Engineer is critical to our security operations and infrastructure operations maintenance of the Morae Global Technology infrastructure, including networking, storage and computer resources across six datacenters and 14 offices around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to expand their skillset in a fast-paced, growing environment. We are looking for technology-focused individuals interested in contributing to and growing with a diverse team under the guidance of seasoned engineers and architects. This position will have a regular work schedule covering our standard maintenance window on Sunday IST.

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience and good working knowledge of a variety of technology platforms including Microsoft systems (e.g. Windows Server, Active Directory), Linux/Unix, VMWare, SQL Server, LAN/WAN technologies and architectures
- Experience with basic networking technologies, concepts and protocols such as DCHP, TCP/IP, DNS, Ethernet and VPN.
- Understanding of remote administration techniques and tools
- Experience with Powershell, bash or similar scripting languages
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys or Nessus
- Experience with document processes, procedures and policies
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with one or more of the following is a plus: Window Server, Active Directory, Cisco Network Equipment and VMware vSphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience: 1 to 4 years
- Execute system updates and upgrades as part of regular patch cadence
- Validate and document existing configurations and maintain up to date documentation of new feature changes
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
- Test new system patches and security changes
- Deploy new virtual servers
- Assist in deploying new and updating current compute resources and related components
- Assist in deploying new and updating current networking equipment and configurations
- Automate various regular tasks to increase team bandwidth
- Act as escalation point for global helpdesk
