**Position: Telugu Language Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop comprehensive and creative lesson plans tailored to the proficiency levels and interests of students.

2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to actively participate and express themselves in Telugu.

3. Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including interactive discussions, language games, storytelling, and cultural activities, to enhance language acquisition.

4. Incorporate elements of Telugu literature, poetry, music, and cultural traditions into lessons to deepen students' understanding and appreciation of the language.

5. Provide regular opportunities for students to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing Telugu through structured activities and authentic communication tasks.

6. Assess student progress and language proficiency through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

7. Encourage students to explore and engage with Telugu language resources outside the classroom, such as literature, films, online content, and community events.

8. Organize and facilitate cultural events, celebrations, and competitions to promote a sense of pride and connection to Telugu language and heritage.

10. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, and communicate regularly to provide updates on student progress and achievements.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Telugu language, Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.

2. Teaching experience in Telugu language instruction is preferred, but passionate and qualified individuals without formal teaching experience will also be considered.

3. Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Telugu, with a strong understanding of Telugu grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

5. Creativity and adaptability in designing dynamic and interactive Telugu language lessons and activities.

6. Passion for Telugu language and culture, and a commitment to fostering language proficiency and cultural awareness among students.

7. Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan, implement, and assess lessons effectively.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive school environment.

9. Dedication to professional growth and continuous learning in the field of language education and pedagogy.

10. Understanding of and respect for the cultural diversity and linguistic heritage of Telugu-speaking communities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
