We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural and Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, design development, and execution of building exteriors and interiors for a diverse range of projects. Your creative vision, technical expertise, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in shaping the built environment and delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for building exteriors and interiors that integrate functionality, sustainability, and client requirements.

2. Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Develop comprehensive design plans and specifications.

3. Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design concept while considering durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.

4. Technical Expertise: Utilize CAD software and other relevant tools to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Construction Oversight: Work closely with contractors and construction teams during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity and quality craftsmanship. Provide guidance and solutions to address any design challenges that may arise during construction.

6. Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about project progress, solicit feedback, and address any concerns or modifications.

7. Budget Management: Assist in estimating project costs and monitor expenses throughout the design and construction phases to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both disciplines.

3. Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent design sensibility, spatial awareness, and attention to detail. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that balance form and function.

5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and project teams.

6. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when necessary. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.

7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
