**Experience**:

- 10+ years in Leading **High impact Sourcing & Procurement Transformation Projects**

**Functional**:

- Procurement Domain Experience in Source to Contract is a must. Additional knowledge of Order to Receipt, Invoice to Pay will be an added advantage.

**PM Skills**:

- Experience in Project Management leading large **Procurement Transformation Projects **across full project lifecycle with 5+ years of experience,
- Demonstrated strong governance & transformation capability (people, process, technology & op model) from inception to close)
- Proven experience in agile project/product delivery, building and sustaining high performing global teams to deliver agreed benefits
- Experience managing complex global senior stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes
- Experience working in a dependent multi agile team environment
- Experience of successful delivery of two or more projects/programmers from inception to completion
- Knowledge of Master Data Management, Data Governance & Migration

**Certification**: PMP, PRINCE-2, any certifications in SAP Procurement domain will be an added advantage

**Technology**:

- Experienced in business implementation of Sourcing via Ariba or Fieldglass (preferred)
- Multiple Technology experience from above is added advantage and preferred.
