Accounts Executive

**Maaya Autobahn Ventures LLP **is a sustainable and development project affiliated with NHAI- National Highway Authority of India and Ministry of Road transport and Highways, for Way side Amenities with a view of serving the passengers/travelers of Express Highways. We are currently assigned with 9 different project across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to coordinate between the 9 sites remotely and occasionally travel to these locations and ensure all the financial aspects are taken care of.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software Tally ERP 09
- Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
- B'com, BBA, M'com or MBA in accounting, finance or relevant field

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Dharwad, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
