**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Writing, testing, and debugging code
- Developing and implementing new features and functionality
- Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to determine technical requirements
- Designing and implementing data models
- Optimizing code for performance and efficiency
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the Python ecosystem
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues in existing code
- Ensuring that code is well-documented and easy to maintain
- Writing automated tests to ensure code quality
- Deploying code to production environments
- Communicating with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and progress
- Identifying and implementing best practices and development processes
- Researching and evaluating new technologies and tools that can improve development efficiency.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem.
- Experience in writing, testing, and debugging code.
- Knowledge of optimizing code for performance and efficiency.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders to determine technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Required Experience**:

- Python development: 1-6 years
- Proficiency in Python and code optimization: 1-6 years
- Strong problem-solving skills: 1-6 years
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines: 1-6 years
- Effective communication skills.

**Additional Information**:

- Required Experience: 1-6 years

role in Mohali, Chandigarh
- Working Days: 5 days working week
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Education: B.Tech, B.E & BA (preferred)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred
- Language: English communication skills are mandatory
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
