**Job Title: Football Coach**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Develop Training Programs**: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that focus on skill development, physical conditioning, and teamwork.

2. **Coach Players**: Provide individualized coaching to players to improve their technical abilities, tactical understanding, and overall performance.

3. **Strategize Game Plans**: Analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective game strategies and formations.

4. **Lead Team Practices**: Conduct organized and engaging team practices that simulate game situations and foster teamwork and cohesion.

5. **Provide Feedback**: Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to players to help them reach their full potential and overcome challenges.

6. **Monitor Player Progress**: Track player progress and performance through regular assessments and evaluations.

7. **Manage Game Situations**: Make strategic decisions during games, including substitutions, tactical adjustments, and motivational speeches.

8. **Promote Sportsmanship**: Instill values of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play among players, coaches, and staff.

9. **Collaborate with Staff**: Work closely with assistant coaches, trainers, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

10. **Communicate with Parents**: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding player development, team expectations, and upcoming events.

11. **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest developments in football coaching techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (preferred).

2. Previous experience coaching football at the high school, college, or professional level.

3. In-depth knowledge of football rules, strategies, and tactics.

4. Strong leadership and motivational skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

7. CPR and first aid certification (preferred).

8. Positive attitude and passion for developing young athletes.

**Salary**: ₹25,902.75 - ₹93,234.10 per month
