**Job Description: Estate Supervisor**

**Position Overview**:
The Estate Supervisor oversees the management and maintenance of an estate or multiple properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, operational, and compliant with relevant regulations. This role requires a combination of administrative, managerial, and hands-on skills to efficiently manage staff, coordinate maintenance activities, and uphold the highest standards of property upkeep.

**Responsibilities**:
Property Maintenance:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including landscaping, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural repairs.

Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Oversee the scheduling of routine maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs with external contractors as necessary.

**Staff Management**:
Recruit, train, and supervise estate maintenance staff, including groundskeepers, maintenance technicians, and cleaners.

Assign duties, establish work schedules, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.

**Budget Management**:
Assist in the development of annual maintenance budgets and ensure expenditures are within approved limits.

Monitor expenses, review invoices, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of maintenance services.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

Implement and maintain safety protocols to minimize risks and hazards on the property.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in property management to ensure continuous improvement.

Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenditures using property management software or other tracking systems.

Generate regular reports on property maintenance performance, budget variances, and key metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in property management, estate maintenance, or a similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage staff and build collaborative relationships.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and maintenance procedures.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards governing property management.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bhopal, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
