_**Utility Operations**_
- Maintenance planning and scheduling in order to optimize capacities and support production targets.
- Oversee plant maintenance with emphasis on production efficiency, quality and safety standards.
- Meet all customer commitments through the maintenance of timely, efficient and high quality machinery and service.
- Co-ordination with other departments for smooth execution of operations.
- Monitor maintenance to meet company policies, quality specifications and standards.
- Managing all aspects of maintenance to assure a safe working environment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules and activities are carried and tracked
- **Process Development**_
- Develop, monitor and deliver maintenance schedules & processes in the unit in the region.
- Manage overall repair costs including variable costs such as spares, labor etc.
- Maintain maintenance control records and provide information to sales team, customers and management as and when required.
- Enforce safety rules and administer all company and government regulations.
- Accomplish maintenance and spares management of processes and utility equipment.
- **People Management**_
- Lead and guide the team towards efficient maintenance processes and timely availability of machinery thereby achieving Customer satisfaction.
- Manage Performance of the team members.
- Establish challenging goals and standards for each supervisor and encourage them to give their best effort.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
