We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Zoho Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping using the Zoho Books accounting software. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintain organized financial records, and provide reliable financial information for decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using the Zoho Books accounting software.

Record and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, payments, and expenses.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements with the accounting records.

Prepare and issue accurate and timely financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.

Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents, such as VAT returns and income tax filings.

Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure accurate recording of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.

Stay up-to-date with Zoho Books software updates and utilize its features effectively to streamline bookkeeping processes.

Provide support to management in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with expertise in using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.

Proficiency in using Zoho Books or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare meaningful reports.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in preparing tax-related documents is a plus.
