Responsible for driving operations & People in the hub.
- Adherence to SOPs' wrt Operations, Quality, Safety.
- Recruiting and training Delivery Boys as per requirement.
- Optimum utilization of the manpower spread in different shifts.
- Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP and deposit as per operation standard.
- Accountable for stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point of time.
- Promptly and effectively manage customer complaints.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
