Mobile technical knowledge with level-4

anaging Training Team of 8-9 Trainers
- Ensuring smooth run of NHT batches, OJT, Nesting On Floor Activities and Projects
- Monitoring Trainers daily Activities and Review
- Identifying Training needs, Preparing Training Content and Planer
- Coordinating with Ops & Quality for their requirement from Training for Process improvement
- Understanding clients expectations from Training Team and to be fulfill accordingly
- Weekly review with Trainers and managing checklist
- Conducting TTT programs
- Controlling Trainer's Shrinkage & Absenteeism
- Preparing Trainers stack ranking depending upon their basic KRA's and result oriented activities
- Introducing new projects for Process Improvement
- Handling Client management and Client escalations
- Maintaining basic discipline in the Team
- Encouraging Team to perform more efficiently
- Preparing Training dashboard and maintaining Overall Training attendance

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
