As a Tele caller, you are responsible for **handling sales over the phone entirely**. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele caller inside sales professional to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Tele caller inside sales, you will provide key support in generating leads and driving sales revenue through phone campaigns. This position requires exceptional communication and persuasive skills to engage potential customers and promote our automotive products and services effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential customers via phone and deliver a compelling sales pitch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and generate interest in our products
- Identify sales opportunities by researching and understanding the automotive market trends
- Conduct market research to gather customer preferences and feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve predetermined sales goals and targets
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller inside sales or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and effectively overcome objections
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales activities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
