**Roles and Responsibilities**

To deploy manpower as per shift timinsg and ensuringOn Time delivery Performance as per sales Plan.
- To control the Productivity and suggest process improvement.
- To prepare documents, reports as per ISO & IATF 16949.
- Responsible for updating monthly KPI's and toMaintain 5s, TPM, Kaizen.
- Encourage safety standards and impart training to workers in the team.
- To make effective review and implementation of Poka Yoke
- To achieve target of dispatch with the required quantity, quantity of the material.- Accountable to maintain the 5S standards on the shop floor.- Must have completed Diploma in Machanical or BE.- Should have worked in the relevant domain for at least 4 to 5 years.
- Knoweldge of SAP MM module will be added advantage.- Must be able to educate workers for safety, on job trainings and TPM ralated activities.- Role:_Production Engineer
