**Designation -Inside Sales Executive**
We are looking for a person with the following ability's to handle the Tata Motors Gensets & Rolls Royce MTU Gensets business.
To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through sales cycle Developing proposals for prospecting clients,
- Provide all supports required for the sales associate for the closure of deals,
- Ability to take up challenging targets and achieving them in the most effective & time bound manner,
- Ability to identify & understand our customer real requirements,
- Develop and implement new sales initiates/strategies & programs, to capture key demographic,
- Setting goals and developing plans for business & revenue growth,
- Providing the field sales personnel’s with the support of handling the information from the CRM along with the preparation of offers
- Handling sales & service customer feedback calls.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
- Providing sales management information’s/reports for the management.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Need to be able close sales over the phone
**- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in direct sales
- Needs to know how to Speak fluent Hindi, & English ( possible language Tamil &/ Kannada)
- Good With Microsoft Office Skills & Google Drive Apps
Planned Salary Scale is 10 to 20,000/- per Month
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
