**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement editorial guidelines and standards to ensure consistent quality across all content.
- Coordinate with writers, freelancers, and contributors to assign and edit articles, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check all content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and readability.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling headlines, subheads, and illustrations that enhance our content.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring that content is delivered on schedule and meets established deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and conduct research to identify new topics and potential writers.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to secure guest contributions and expert commentary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 year as an Editor or similar role, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML.
- Proficient in using style guides, such as AP Stylebook.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of content optimization strategies is a plus.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging topics.

**Salary**: ₹11,580.79 - ₹37,784.48 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
