**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Wireless Devices configuration
- New customer Installation, Point to Point installation
- Backup and firmware update
- Monitor network uptime and performance, security, redundancy
- Daily monitor customer backend
- Primary Call Customer for support
- Test new wireless equipment and products, document test cases and results
- Resolve service problems by providing the best solution to internal teams and customers
- Maintain devices regular backups, high availability, latest version and security
