**Position : Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning Trainer**
- Must have strong command over the topics of Quant and Logical and an ability to effectively utilize short cuts and tricks
- To deliver quality training sessions only as per the prescribed lecture plan to the students maintaining the integrity, credibility & standards set by the department
- Must have a professional attitude and exhibit excellent work ethics
- Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
- Need to have good presentation skills
- To guide and interact with students shortlisted in the placement drives and take inputs for content enrichment
- Strong knowledge in content writing and willing to develop content as per the assigned semester and syllabus for upgrading the training module
- Willing to take ownership of different duties cum responsibilities as and when assigned

**Position : Soft Skills and Verbal Trainer**
- Must be strong in Grammar and should have good Communication Skills.
- Creating and developing appropriate learning materials for Soft Skills and Verbal ability like presentations, handouts and Assignments.
- Defining appropriate learning methodologies and approaches, content and evaluation strategy
- Updating training materials based on the needs in the Students group
- Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of Students to create specialized training for them
- Motivating and encouraging the Students to improve their performance
- Providing post-training support to all Students
- Summarizing learning outcomes and creating reports to show the learning outcomes to the Corporate Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
