We are a fast-growing company in the Doors & Veneer manufacturing space, known for our innovative and high-quality products. We have a dynamic and high-energy team and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
