**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Development**:Develop and implement a comprehensive football program for students of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Design and execute effective training sessions, drills, and practice routines that focus on skill development, game strategy, and physical fitness.

**Player Development**:Assess the abilities of each player and tailor coaching techniques to meet individual needs.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help players improve their skills, technique, and understanding of the game.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes player growth and development.

**Game Strategy and Analysis**:Develop game strategies and tactics to ensure the team's competitive success.
Analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses to prepare the team for upcoming matches.
Coach players on in-game decision-making and adaptability.

**Team Building and Leadership**:Instill a sense of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among team members.
Lead by example and serve as a positive role model for students both on and off the field.
Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and fair play.

**Administration**:Organize and coordinate practice schedules, team meetings, and game logistics.
Manage equipment, uniforms, and other resources efficiently and responsibly.
Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and relevant stakeholders.

**Safety and Health**:Ensure the safety and well-being of players during practices and games.
Stay informed about and implement safety protocols and guidelines.
Address injuries and emergencies with proper care and urgency.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹700.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
