Junior Architect

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect's responsibilities include
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, 3D visualizations.
- Adjusting designs to meet the client's requirements.
- Conducting research and compiling reports.
- Coordination with site engineers/contractors.
- Maintaining a healthy and productive environment in the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gangtok, Sikkim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
