**Network and Database Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize network infrastructures using Linux-based servers and advanced networking technologies to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage SQL Server Databases and other database systems, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and security.
- Design and implement robust network and database security measures, including the management of software and hardware firewalls to protect against external and internal threats.
- Configure and maintain critical network services such as DNS, SSL/TLS, IP configurations, and DHCP to support network operations and ensure security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within network and database environments, particularly in production settings, addressing connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Develop strategies for network design and segmentation, as well as database schema design, to ensure efficient traffic flow and data access, while enhancing security and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network and database management tools and practices into our existing infrastructure seamlessly.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership in network architecture, database management, and security best practices to IT staff and management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in network engineering, database management, and cybersecurity to continually enhance our infrastructure and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role focused on network and database administration, with a strong preference for experience in Linux-based environments and SQL Server Database.
- Comprehensive knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, including expertise with DHCP, DNS, IP management, and network segmentation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SSL/TLS configurations, IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, and database security practices.
- Proficient in the administration and performance tuning of database servers, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, security measures, and best practices in database administration.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical issues and guidance to non-technical staff.

**Salary**: ₹15,586.86 - ₹21,830.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
