E-commerce Handler

Job Description:
As an eCommerce Handler, your primary responsibility will be to manage the various aspects of the company's online product offerings. This will include handling product inventory, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Your role will also involve assisting in the creation and maintenance of product listings, conducting market research, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage product inventory and ensure accurate stock levels on the eCommerce platform.

2. Process customer orders, including order verification, packing, and shipping.

3. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.

4. Assist in creating product listings, including writing compelling product descriptions and uploading high-quality images.

5. Monitor customer reviews, respond to queries, and proactively address any customer issues or concerns.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies to optimize online sales and increase conversions.

7. Generate reports and analyse data to evaluate the performance of product listings and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and online marketing strategies.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Note: As a fresher, you may not have prior experience. However, highlighting any relevant coursework, internships, or projects related to eCommerce or marketing would be beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
