**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum, course materials, and resources that align with industry standards and technological advancements.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, practical exercises, hands-on labs, and assessments.

**Training Delivery**:Deliver training sessions in a classroom or virtual environment, catering to different learning styles and skill levels of participants.
Teach a range of IT topics, such as programming languages, networking, cybersecurity, database management, software development methodologies, and more.

**Technical Expertise**:Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the IT field to provide accurate and relevant training.

Provide guidance and support during practical exercises to help students overcome challenges and build confidence.

**Individualized Support**:Provide one-on-one guidance to students who require extra assistance in understanding specific topics or concepts.
Offer additional resources, references, and personalized explanations as needed.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Develop assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback on assignments and performance, highlighting areas for improvement.

**Technology Trends**:Introduce students to emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that are shaping the IT landscape.
Discuss the potential impact of these trends on future job roles and career paths.
**Student Engagement**:Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
Address questions, concerns, and challenges raised by students to ensure a supportive learning experience.
**Continuous Improvement**:Collect feedback from students to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
Regularly update and refine training materials based on technological advancements and learner feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in IT training, teaching, or professional IT roles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using training tools, software, and online learning platforms.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay current with industry developments.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,005.81 - ₹50,347.36 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
