**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn, ask questions, and explore mathematical concepts.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance understanding and problem-solving skills in mathematics.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with varying learning styles, abilities, and interests, including those who require additional support or enrichment.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, cross-curricular initiatives, and enrichment opportunities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to stay current with best practices in mathematics education and pedagogy.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to establish open lines of communication and support the overall goals of the school.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Teaching certification from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in using technology tools, software, and educational platforms to enhance mathematical instruction and learning outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a growth mindset, perseverance, and confidence in their mathematical abilities.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and implementing inclusive teaching practices.
- Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve instructional practices and student achievement.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of mathematics education.
- CTET will be giver preference

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
