**ROLES**:
Responsible for maintaining records of visitors, phone calls.

Handle customer’s queries and solving the problems of the customer’s related to their flats.

Recheck area/cost details with booking form and ensure accuracy.

Preparing & Sending an Welcome letter / Allotment letter / Demand Note & Noc / Sale & construction Agreements / Payment receipts

Maintaining customer details with payment track.

Preparing MIS report regarding the flat inspection’s and flat handover’s.

Preparing Sale & Construction Agreements.

Preparing the Builder NOC & TPA and legal documents.

Day to day follow up’s for payment collection from customers and bank.

Co-coordinating with the legal department related to legal queries.

Preparing documents to the bank.

Payment follow-ups (90% works)

Maintain customer and legal copies of agreements.

Updating clients on a regular basis and resolving their complaints quickly and efficiently.

Initiate registration process with legal team and provide customers with required details.

Good communication must (English/Tamil/).Hindi added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
