**Design in-charge Bespoke Projects**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client briefs and present them to Creative Director / Studio Head.
- Based on their recommendations, conceptualize the designs independently or with artists as required, then create mood boards to match the design vision.
- Select techniques and launch samples in consultation with team.
- Prepare and verify all the necessary information to determine the costing.
- Source materials and fabrics and update the library on a regular basis.
- Handing over the orders to production and in consultation with the team, set a timeline for the completion of the project
- Co-ordinate with external vendors and co-ordinate on-site Installation of the projects as required

**Requirements**:

- Background in design with a knowledge of or an exposure to hand embroidery.
- Prior design experience with têxtile/home furnishing companies/design studios.
- Creative, imaginative, artistic, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil or Hindi would be a plus.

Experience - 2 to 3 years

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
