**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:

- General understanding in SWIFT, International Payments & Clearing Products / Services.
- Respond to client services/internal queries in a timely fashion to ensure all queries are logged and resolved within the appropriate time frame
- Identify and escalate issues in a prompt and timely manner which may impact service.

- Participate in projects and working groups as required.
- Other duties as assigned
- Exercise judgment, discretion, and prioritization
- Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and the local regulatory rules

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred
- 5-6 years of prior Reference Data operations and/or Clearing / payments experience in a banking or financial services industry would be preferred.
- Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads while working within tight service levels
