onstruction Site Supervision

1. Complete Supervision of Site, and other sites as instructed by the company

2. Overseeing the progress of all construction and maintenance activities.

3. Procurement of construction related and maintenance goods as instructed by the Managers.

4. Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

5. Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols

6. Regularly checking inventory and reporting to the management of any discrepancy

7. Ensuring all equipment’s are in working order and good condition

8. Maintaining record of all incoming materials, equipment, personnel and current inventory levels.

9. Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards

10. Ensuring the workers and third party technicians, contactors, vendors etc follow all safety protocols as instructed

11. Reviewing daily construction & Maintenance work and reporting to the managers

12. Ensuring all equipment are in place and in working order, reporting to the manager for any requirements regarding repair and maintenance

13. Coordination with the Contractors, Vendors & other related parties involved in the construction and maintenance of the Site.

14. Inspecting the sites regularly to identify, report and eliminate potential safety hazards and reporting about the same with the management and other employees of the company.

15. Supervising and instructing the construction and maintenance team as well as subcontractors.

16. Educating site workers on construction and maintenance safety regulations and accident protocol as instructed by the management.

17. Visiting Local Administration offices as and when required and instructed by the company

18. Following security protocols and advised by the managers to ensure all goods and equipments are safe inside the premises.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
