**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver in-depth training sessions in PMP, following established curriculum and materials.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
- Tailor training techniques and delivery methods to suit the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.
- Provide expert support and guidance to learners, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the training process.
- Evaluate learner progress and assess the effectiveness of training programs using quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the PMP field, integrating relevant updates into training content.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and refine existing training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation outcomes.
- Pursue opportunities for professional development and growth as a trainer.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Extensive expertise and practical experience in PMP.
- PMI certification (PMP or other relevant certifications) is essential.
- Proven experience in delivering PMP training programs or workshops to diverse audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport with learners and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
