**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and implement innovative social media campaigns that align with Zeko AI's brand and marketing objectives, driving engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee daily management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics monitoring, to ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to propose new ideas for content and campaigns that can elevate Zeko AI’s social media presence.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights for strategy optimization.
- Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, and messages, and participating in relevant discussions to foster a positive brand image.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on marketing metrics to help measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to a unified brand experience.
- Participate in market research efforts to gather insights that inform marketing strategies and product development.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) and analytics tools.
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for creative content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a particular interest in AI and HR tech is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

- Location: Noida (Work from Office)
- Stipend: 8-12k/month
- Leaves for exams will be provided
