The role requires a deep understanding of industrial processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various industrial processes, equipment operation, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify skill gaps among employees through assessment and observation, and develop targeted training initiatives to address these gaps and enhance overall performance.
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance assessments, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports to track training progress and outcomes.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15-18 years experience in same field.
- Certificate in Training Development.
**Skills**:
Proven Experience as technical trainer with knowledge of modern technical training.
**Salary**:
15,000-30,000 per month
