We are looking for a **CRO Specialist **to join our **Customer Acquisition Team in Gurgaon, India**. **Our team members are curious and independent, they are quick to jump at challenges, they thrive in ambiguity, and believe teamwork and collaboration make for the best results.

**Your responsibilities**
- Building and launching tests using CRO tools like Optimizely and CMS platforms
- Manage the end-to-end conversion optimization testing process for sprint items, hypothesis, requirement gathering, test implementation, measurement, and next-step idea generation to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue
- Collaborate with Content, Design and Development teams to build A/B and multivariate tests
- Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics
- Feed insights into the acquisition marketing team to drive performance with the help of analytical tools like Google Analytics, DOMO
- Investigate and assess customer behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points', develop test hypothesis and ensure insights that can be delivered from both winning and failed tests

**Your profile**- 2+ years in conversion optimization or equivalent experience working in growth product analytics.
- Experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar etc.)
- Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration
- Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills
- A passion for creating a great user experience
- Experience in lead generation (multi/deep funnel conversion settings) is a plus
- Effective and efficient communication skills to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions
- Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines
- A self-driven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
- Fluency in English
