Eligibility Criteria:

- A Graduate or Masters degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading

equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

AND
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from NCTE recognized institute
- A minimum of five years of experience in teaching.
- Preferably working in \ worked with residential school.

**Job Description**:

- Enrichment of the curriculum to ensure childrens overall development with competencies that will make them future-ready, rather than remaining textbook-centered
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class.
- Assigning work, correcting and marking work carried out by his/her students;
- Making assessments more flexible and integrated into classroom life
- Connecting knowledge with life outside the school and making children learn how to learn so that they become lifelong learners.
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
- Assess and record students progress and provide grades and feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
- Observe and understand students behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse

etc.
- Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
- Providing a safe and secure environment and ecosystem for the child to learn

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
