The Sales Associate plays a critical role in the organization by being the first point of contact for customers, assisting them in finding the driving sales. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing sales techniques to achieve targets, and maintaining a deep understanding of the services offered.Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the IT services offered
- Process payments and operate the cash register accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:

- Any Graduation ,BBA, BCA, B.COM and MBA
- Prior experience in IT sales or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
