**Job Summary**

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Back End Sales Operation with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions.

You will be responsible for Providing our sales teams with the back end support they need to complete their sales as well as office activities and back end operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

l Managing and storing content (Celeb info, Account Info etc)

l Responsible for sales co-ordination with internal teams

l Responsible for backend support for activities

l Co-ordinate with different teams (sales team, technical team,Software team)

l Experience in backend support activities will be preferred.

l correcting the discrepancies in the customer account balances

l ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage

l Proven work experience in a Back End Sales Operations or similar role

l

l Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team

l

l Maintain data integrity within customer records in Zoho excel sheet and other systems

l Reporting sales and campaign results to their managers and other departments as needed.

l preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly

l assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises, scheduling events, and organizing meetings and appointments

l assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team

**Qualification and Experience**
- BE/B.Tech in any field or Any Graduation.
- Good knowledge of Back end operations
- 0- 2+ Years
