Front Desk Executive

**Job Summary**:
The school front desk plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and welcoming operation of the school's front office. This position is responsible for providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The school front desk personnel also assists with administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the school.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Answering phones and greeting visitors when they arrive at the school office.
2. Facilitating admission enquiry prospects (walk in)
3. Providing basic customer service such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
4. Receiving, processing, and responding to student paperwork such as enrolment forms. disciplinary notices, and letters from parents or guardians.
5. Handling incoming and outgoing posts/courier/parcels.
6. Providing administrative support to school principal, chairman and directors by managing their calendars and arranging meetings with staff members, parents and vendors.
7. Coordinating school events such as parent meetings, school plays, and field trips
8. Book keeping for miscellaneous payments.
10. General maintenance monitoring.
11. Fee collection follow up.
12. Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area.
13. Other administrative tasks that may be assigned over time.
**Working Conditions**:
- The school front desk personnel works in a school office setting, often in close proximity to students and staff.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
