Good verbal & written English communication & interpersonal, coordination skills.

Should have minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar profile.

Should be well-versed with usage of software pertaining to freight forwarding.

**JOB DESCRIPTION **(Specified but not limited to below mentioned job role)

Sales coordination - Primarily coordination between the Operations / Custom Clearance Staff & the Front Sales Team.

Co-ordinate with overseas office and local pricing team for rates.

Sales Support - Sending quotations for Sales team and working with sales team for back end sales support to get the client on board.

Weekly reporting to RM on quote logs and weekly call reports.

Ensuring review after sales calls by Sales team and then Tele follow ups for business with all customers.

Data Mining and Data accumulation of sales leads and taking appointment for the sales team.

Taking feedback from the customers - after sale - and encouraging them to come out with suggestion to improve our services.

Providing Quotations to Customers.

Arranging appointments for Sales Managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
