As the Warehouse Night Incharge for our esteemed courier company, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our warehouse facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective handling of shipments, maintaining a safe working environment, and supervising the night shift team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of warehouse personnel.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
