1) Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
2) Time/ Displanery management.
3) Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product
4) Tend or operate machine that packages product.
5) Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.
6) Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
7) Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor/In charge.
8) Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener.
9) Minimization of replenish/Wastage of packaging material
10) Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material
11) Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing
12) Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications
1 3) Clean, oil, and make minor adjustments or repairs to machinery and equipment, such as opening valves or setting guides
14) Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile-ups, jams, or glue that isn't sticking properly.
15) Stack finished packaged items, or wraps protective material around each item and packs the items in cartons or containers.
16) Maintain & update of machinery log book
17) EOD report has to be submit to Production in charge
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- Packing Machine: 5 years (preferred)
