PMO Executive

**Job Overview**:
The PMO Executive is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office in overseeing project execution and managing project data across the organization. The role involves assisting with project coordination, resource allocation, tracking project performance, and ensuring that projects are executed in line with organizational objectives and standards. The PMO Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that deadlines are met, risks are mitigated, and communication is clear across all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Documentation**: Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards, ensuring accurate records of progress, risks, and deliverables.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to project plans.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues in projects, escalating them to management and helping to devise mitigation strategies.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the activities like customer feedback, escalation and project progress as and when required.
- ** Process Improvement**: Support the implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve project execution and governance.
- ** Resource Coordination**: Assist in resource management by tracking and optimizing team allocation across projects.
- ** Audit and Compliance**: Ensure that projects comply with internal governance frameworks, processes, and quality standards.
- ** Meeting Coordination**: Organize and facilitate project health check meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, operations, or a PMO role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ClickUp).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of risk management and governance processes.
- Experience with resource management and project auditing.
- Data analytical tools presentation like Power BI, looker studio is a plus
