Job Title: Admin Executive - Enbridg, Chenganoor Branch

Job Summary: The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks of the Enbridg Chenganoor Branch. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes in the verticals of finance, logistics, and IT. The Admin Executive will handle various administrative duties, support the branch operations, and contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Support the branch operations by ensuring timely completion of administrative processes related to admissions, course registrations, and other administrative documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student information, course details, and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and information flow within the branch.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff promptly and professionally, providing assistance and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the finance department to assist in handling financial transactions, tracking expenses, and managing branch budget.
- Coordinate with logistics and IT departments to ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the management.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars conducted by the branch.
- Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing efficient administrative practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or diploma courses in administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or training institution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address administrative challenges.
- Familiarity with finance, logistics, and IT processes is an added advantage.

Compensation: The salary for this position is based on experience and ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month.
