**About the Unit**:
Yara People, Process and Digitalization (YPD) has the overall responsibility for Yara’s people and culture development, as well as for technology, architecture and solutions that enable the digitalization of Yara’s core processes and operations. By bringing people and transformation resources, as well as process, digital and tech capabilities into one cross-functional area, YPD is set to accelerate the transformation. Digital Technology across Yara has embarked on a transformation journey, it will enable Yara’s growth and digital ambitions with a close collaboration with business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Will work closely with business team from corporate expert function and will be the natural point of contact for them
- Will work together with internal and external service providers.
- Will build a trustful relation with your business stakeholders, and strength the relations by delivering their requests.
- Will evaluate business context and translate business and functional requirements into tangible technical requirements.
- Be a dedicated expert to serve the corporate expert function, supporting the understanding and resolution of problems and demands in the area.
- Will identify and engage in change activities, facilitate multi-stakeholders’ communications.

**Profile**:

- Agile development understanding or experience
- Analytical, structured and results-oriented, working with a systemic view with a scientific method for problem solving, solution driven, pragmatic and common-sense approach.
- Professional attitude towards internal customers, colleagues and suppliers in different cultures and professions, proactive, curious, active listener, sharing, collaborative by nature.
- Communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with internal and external customers
- Relevant experience or knowledge in HR service (Employee Central, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development, Learning)
- Experience with System/Process Automation & ITIL Certifications will be a plus.
- Knowledge in Service Delivery, Application Lifecycle management, Project Management, Agile.
- Certificates in ITIL, PMI, DESIGN THINKING and SCRUM are plus
- Knowledge of tools: POWERBI, ALTERYX, SOAPUI, POSTMAN, AZURE, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM
