Assistant Nursing Superintendent(Ans)

**Preferably for the Department of OT, with relevant experience.**

1) To make a schedule of duty staff nurses and plans for rotation of nursing staff in her department to ensure good nursing care.
2) To plan in cooperation with the ward sister.

3) To assist in verification of hospital stock, their indents, maintenance and their condemnations, etc.

4) To organize staff meetings with departmental and inter
- departmental staff.

5) To keep the Nursing Superintendent(NS) informed of the needs of the nursing units/wards under her supervision and of any special problem.

6) Guides planning, implementing and evaluating total patient care.

7) To maintain the standard of patient care

8) To supervise direct nursing care to critical patients.

9) To maintain a safe and clean environment in her assigned department.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
