Dispatch Supervisor

Supervising dispatchers in all aspects of their jobs, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintaining and updating call logs, incident reports, and other records of dispatch activities
- Working with other departments within the organization to ensure effective communications between departments, including public safety agencies and departments such as fire services, police departments, hospitals, and emergency medical services (EMS) organizations
- Reviewing incoming emergency calls to determine priority level and appropriate response
- Ensuring that callers are routed to the appropriate department or agency based on the nature of their requests

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
