We are seeking a highly creative and skilled videographer to join our team and produce exceptional video content across various formats. You will be responsible for filming and editing transitioning reels, videos, ad films, utilizing drone footage seamlessly, and delivering polished final products that align with our brand vision and client requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
**Pre-production**:

- Collaborate with the team to understand project objectives, target audience,and desired style.
- Conduct thorough research and scriptwriting when necessary.
- Develop creative storyboards and shot lists, considering lighting, audio, and composition.
- Scout locations and obtain necessary permits for filming.
- Secure and prepare essential equipment, including cameras, drones, sound gear, and lighting.
- **Production**:

- Film high-quality video footage, adhering to storyboards and shot lists while being adaptable to unexpected situations.
- Capture dynamic and engaging drone footage while adhering to safety regulations and airspace restrictions.
- Conduct professional interviews and record clear audio using appropriate equipment.
- Work effectively with actors, clients, and other team members to achieve optimal results.
- **Post-production**:

- Organize and meticulously edit captured footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Integrate drone footage seamlessly into the overall video narrative.
- Incorporate sound design, music, and voiceovers to create an immersive experience.
- Work diligently to meet deadlines and deliver projects within budget.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, technologies, and equipment.
- Maintain and care for video equipment responsibly.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in project discussions.
- Open to learning new skills and techniques to expand your capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various formats (transitioning reels, videos, ad films, etc.).
- Proficiency in operating professional camera equipment, including DSLRs,mirrorless cameras, and drones.
- Adept at editing videos using industry-standard software.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio principles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn and grow.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience with specific genres or industries relevant to your project.
- Knowledge of advanced editing techniques and motion graphics.
- Drone pilot certification and a strong understanding of safety regulations.
- Excellent color grading and sound design skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
