Lab Chemist

Experience: 2-3 years in the Lubricants Industry

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lab Chemist to join our team at Finozol Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd. This position will primarily involve working the night shift and will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses related to our lubricant products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to viscometers, spectrophotometers, titrators, and chromatography systems.

3. Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions used in testing procedures.

4. Record and interpret test results accurately, maintaining detailed records and documentation.

5. Investigate and troubleshoot any deviations or abnormalities in test results, collaborating with the quality control team to address issues promptly.

6. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to support product development and process improvement initiatives.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in lubricants manufacturing and testing.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Raigad District, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Raigad District, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
