**Position Title**: Sr. Manager / Manager

**Location**: Mumbai

**Job Scope / Position Summary**

Managing post acquisition compliance pertaining to ARC industry which includes inter-alia Rating of Security Receipts (SRs), declaration of NAV, drafting of policies and standard operating processes for mitigation of operational risk. Sr. No. Main Responsibility
- Managing the credit rating process of Security Receipts including coordination with Business Groups and rating agencies for initial/surveillance rating process
- Quarterly declaration of NAV for all trusts
- Drafting of policies and standard operating processes for mitigation of operational risk.
- Responsible for regularising pending compliances including CERSAI, IU- NeSL, ROC Charge etc.
- Managing the activities requiring' co-ordinating with depository (NSDL) Qualification and Experience Requirement

**Education**: B. Com /CA / CS / MBA

**Experience**: 3-7 years of working experience in an ARC, Banking Sector
