Ensure that the quality of food should be maintained at consistent top levels.
- Ensure that the temperature of hot and cold food being served are maintained at their required temperatures.
- Ensure that the service of food is carried out through the necessary equipment.
- Ensure that hygiene levels, quantity and quality of stocks are maintained in the kitchen and service area at all times.
- Ensure that food service equipment and counters are cleaned and sanitized.
- Ensure that Food counters to be manned with uniformed service personnel with proper service gear.
- Ensure that there is no cross contamination of food.
- Dispatch temperatures and receiving temperatures of all such foods should be monitored and recorded. Conduct Food & Water tests.
- Conduct maintenance audit of all equipment and electrical appliances on site.
- Ensure no foreign particles are found in food (insects, hair, pins, nails, twigs, threads, stones, foodborne worms etc.)
- Ensure that grooming and personal hygiene is maintained amongst staff.
- Ensuring ample availability of clean plates, spoon set c are available at all times.
- Provide, at all times complete site specific safety information and procedures including MSDS report in specified format wherever applicable, site specific confined space and hazardous materials information and programs, and site specific records of personnel training programs and procedures.
- Conduct regular trainings for staff
- Collect consumer feedback from customers and take corrective actions, wherever necessary.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
